I've tried all the brews before, but I think for this purpose I'll use a standard format that brewpartner Andy and I will formulate during our session this Friday. A newer beginning.
The purpose of this blog is to catalog the beers that I've sampled and tasted, it is not meant as an in-depth rating system of the beers. For that see BeerAdvocate and RateBeer , two excellent sites with very active forum systems. BeerAdvocate also publishes a wonderful monthly magazine, well worth the 20 bucks a year. Respect Beer!
